Just some concepts I've been working on. I tried to make the feathers on his back look like long, waving hair. Guess I somewhat succeed it, but I'am afraid it still needs more work.
Oh yeah, the "natural"-part is what Fagin would look like if he hadn't "turned gray".
The hardest part to design Fagin would be the front side of his face. That will be a nightmare... X_x
